Airtel’s new ad campaign promotes the brand's new interface on web and mobile, that lets customers report network-related problems.It features a number of customers complaining about poor phone networks and call drops, then moves on to how Airtel customers can now check the location of mobile towers and signal strength in their vicinity through a mobile app or a website, and tell the company about network problems.
Prime Focus delivered picture post services for the spot. After going through a lot of early ‘trial and error’ to perfect the Tower map, the online editing team designed and extended the screen with the help of 3D mapping, regularly interacting with creative agency Taproot and director Ram Madhavani for feedback and inputs throughout the process.
